These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://szsoftit.com and any services offered by SZ Soft IT ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
SZ Soft IT provides technology and software solutions including but not limited to: ERP software development, Inventory Management systems, HRM systems, web development, and digital marketing services. Specific terms for each project or service engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of SZ Soft IT or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
For client projects, intellectual property ownership terms will be specified in the individual project contract. Custom software developed for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
All projects commence upon receipt of a signed proposal or agreement and the agreed initial payment. Our standard payment terms are:
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of work. SZ Soft IT reserves the right to modify pricing for ongoing services with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the applicable rate.
Cancellation by SZ Soft IT: In the unlikely event that we cancel a project, all advance payments for undelivered work will be refunded within 14 business days.
SaaS / Subscription Services: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Disputes: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@szsoftit.com and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business processes, source code, client data, and strategic plans. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SZ Soft IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. SZ Soft IT provides a 30-day bug-fix warranty for all custom software deliveries.
We may recommend or integrate third-party tools and services (e.g., payment gateways, hosting providers). SZ Soft IT is not responsible for the performance, security, or terms of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
